dying from disease is not a matter of courtesy, i agree... being suicidal even though its a disease of the mind and emotions, i think is different 'cause you can (with effort of course) have control over it... so im thinking that, to a certain extent, courtesy could be added to the equation somehow in this perspective... you got me thinking with your words... thanks for sharing...
