| Can Happiness Occur after Depression?

Yes I have suffered severe depression in the past and have had major traumatic events in my childhood and adult life.
When I had severe depression I tried to kill myself.
There is light at the end of the tunnel.
I know and although I have got a very difficult and lonely life it is now a happy one. So yes there is life after depression and I have found that personally for me changing my thought patterns helped I truly believe in positive thinking it is the key it is so powerful and also gratitude everyday for the tiniest things
Hope you overcome your illness o know how hard it is
