aka one trick pony

I grew up in suburban Chicago, graduated from college with a deree in art, minor in English, spent my working life as a cattle rancher in west-central Missouri. Now retired. Married to the lovely Martha (aka marketa). Two adult children.

I also write as one trick pony. Why? I think we all have different voices, different ways of thinking, different ways of looking at life. I've found to it be hugely liberating to shed the voice of "jim," and write with an entirely different mindset as one trick pony.
