They got up at seven in the morning, took a bath, and had breakfast. They said goodbye to Susan and the boys and set off at nine. They had taken many pictures and videos while they were in Canada. They went to the mall to buy clothes for Alaska and warm shoes. From there, they headed to their new destination. Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. Paul was driving and had turned on the navigation. They joined Trans-Canada Hwy / BC-1 E from W Georgia St / BC-1A, Terminal Ave, and E 1st Ave 15 min (8.0 km).Head northeast on Hornby St to W Georgia St / BC-1A / BC-99 N 120 m. Turn right onto W Georgia St / BC-1A / BC-99 S, and continue on W Georgia St / BC-1A 1 , 5 km. Use the two right lanes to connect to Historic Chinatown 260 m and use any lane to turn right on Main St / BC-1A / BC-99A S 450 m. Turn left onto Terminal Ave 1, 2 km. They continued on E 1st Ave.
4.0 km. They set off on the BC-1 E / TC 500 m road.
They set off on BC-5 N, AB-40 N, BC-97, Yukon 1 W, and AK-2 N to Kobe Rd in Healy, the United States, for 41 hours (3792 km). They were driving slowly because it was raining and it was not clear. They entered the Trans-Canada Hwy / BC-1 E 142 km and continued on the BC-3 E 6.7 km. They were keeping to the left to continue on BC-5 N 197 km. Michelle talked on the phone with the twins while the others whispered. Paul and Martin had bought a radio system to communicate between the two mobile homes, so they would keep in touch as they traveled. They could hear the news from the road patrols, too.
They took exit 374 for BC-5 N to SunPeaks / Jasper / BCParks / Wells Gray Pk 750 m. They continued on BC-5 N 123 km. They decided to take a break for lunch and change drivers. They stopped at a turnoff where there was a gas station. They had sandwiches and chicken soup with vegetables for lunch. They rested and used the toilet. Cynthia sat down to drive, Michelle painting a portrait of Annabelle. The twins played uno while their parents talked while traveling. Paul was talking on a cell phone with a colleague from the newsroom.
They took the second exit at the roundabout and stayed on BC-5 N 215 km. They continued on BC-16 E and entered Alberta76.3 km. They continued on the AB-16 96.6 km. They decided to stop to rest and drink tea near a gas station where they refueled. They ate muffins with tea while the others slept. They started at six and turned left on AB-40 N (signs for Alaska) 317 km. It was past nine in the evening when they stopped at a truck and bus parking lot. Evelyn put the chicken to cook on the deep fryers and ribs. The ribs were ready by ten, and they sat down to dinner, Evelyn serving the wings and legs with a spring salad. They all sat down to dinner together and talked. After they had eaten, they packed up and went to bed early.
They got up at five, took a bath, and had breakfast of tea and toast, olives, cheese, yellow cheese, and salami. They left at seven, Paul and Martin drove, turned left on Township Rd 710 8.2 km.
Turn right on Range Rd 71 3.2 km. Turn left onto Township Rd 712 2.4 km, and turn right again onto Range Rd 72A 3.2 km. They turned left onto the AB-43 W and entered British Columbia 78.7 km. Continue on Hwy 2 N 32.3 km and turn right on Rolla Rd 1.6 km, turn left again on BC-49 W 5.1 km. Paul and Martin talked on the radio to stop drinking tea and eating sandwiches. They stopped at an emergency stop. They turned on the emergency lights. Paul opened the hood lid and poured oil and water. They drank tea and ate sandwiches. They set off again, the children talking on the phone. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Hwy 2 / BC-97 in the direction of Fort Saint John / Prince George, and continue on BC-97. Passing through the Yukon Territory and entered British Columbia 955 km. They stopped at a gas station to refuel and have lunch in the middle of the route. In the restaurant, they ordered duck soup for starter, and for the main lamb roast with potatoes and root vegetables, they took raspberry pie with vanilla cream for dessert. After lunch, they set out to feed the animals. They walked around the area, took some pictures, used the toilet, and then set off again. The men decided to drive again after resting, eating, and drinking coffee. Cynthia filled two thermoses with coffee and gave them away. They got in the cars and set off again. After the remaining kilometers to 955 kilometers, they stopped charging and had dinner again. They decided to spend the night at the turnoff next to the gas station had dinner at the bistro, where they ordered bean stew with ribs and shepherd's salad. For dessert, they took caramel cream and vanilla ice cream. After dinner, they returned to their mobile homes and watched television. The children played monopolies, and at ten, they went to their rooms and went to bed. Michelle and Annabelle called their parents before going to bed and told them about their visit to Canada.
They got up at five, took a bath, and prepared for breakfast. Paul put water and food for the animals.
They had breakfast in the bistro at six-thirty, bacon with sausages, pancakes with maple syrup, blackcurrant juice, tea, and coffee for the elderly. They bought the morning paper, several magazines, and crossword puzzles. The children took a bar of chocolate and ice cream. Marie-Antoinette handed them all an envelope with fruit, juice, and croissants for the trip. The men decided to drive again because the road was long. They continued along the Yukon 1 W and entered the Yukon Territory 603 km. Before turning, they stopped at a turnoff to rest and eat lunch. First, they used the toilet and refreshed themselves. Annabelle had made sandwiches the morning before they left, and for lunch, they had sandwiches for lunch and drank tea and homemade lemonade. At lunch, they rested, and Paul and Martin took a shower to freshen up.
When they set out again, Annabelle and Evelyn would be driving. Evelyn went to the police station with Martin and his family, and they decided to take turns and help them, as they are only two drivers and there are four in the other team. Turn right to stay on Yukon 1 W (signs for Anchorage / Fairbanks / Alaska Highway). They entered the United States (Alaska) 323 km, stopped drinking tea again, and refreshed at a gas station where they refueled. After the break, Cynthia and Marie-Antoinette would drive. They continued on the AK-2 N 466 km; after passing the 466 km section, they stopped for dinner and died for an hour, and then Paul and Martin would drive the remaining 144 km to their final destination. They made an omelet and salad for dinner, drank tea, and we're back in an hour.
They used the right lane to take the connecting road to AK-3 / Nenana / Denali Park 950 m. Continue on AK-3 S / Robert Mitchell Expy, and continue on AK-3 S 135 km. Driving 21 minutes (8.0 km), they reached their final destination, Alaska, United States. There would be a few days left. They went to bed at one in the morning, the weather was cold here, and they lit the stoves. They had loaded firewood in Canada before leaving for Alaska.
They got up at seven the next day, took a bath, and had scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage for breakfast. After breakfast, they lit the stoves and went to find a better place to camp. They found a beautiful place near a river, stopped, and set up camp. Paul, Martin, Mark, Marie, and Michelle collected firewood. The women stayed at home and prepared lunch. They made pork and vegetable soup, chicken stew, and cooked rice as a side dish. The men and children returned with the wood and chopped them ready. They had lunch at one o'clock, and in the afternoon, Martin and Paul went hunting in the woods. When they returned two hours later, they brought several wild ducks, three rabbits, and six pheasants. They cleaned them of feathers and put the rabbit's skin to dry, stretched out on sticks. They washed the meat well and marinated it. They cut the rabbits and marinated the birds in portions. The twins and Michelle played monopolies and watched movies in the afternoon.
Annabelle worked on her new book while the other three women worked around the house. In the evening, we made homemade pizzas and salad. After dinner, they washed the dishes and made cold tea. They decided to watch a movie, and Annabelle made popcorn, and everyone sat in the living room to watch. At about eleven, Martin and his family returned to their caravan. Paul locked and released the lamp, and Martin did the same in their caravan. They had put the wood in the garages and some of it in the caravans to keep the stoves on at night. They went to bed at midnight and slept until late.
When they woke up, it was past nine, they got dressed, and Paul put wood in the stove. They went downstairs to make breakfast and tea. Marie-Antoinette had prepared fried slices and muffins for breakfast and invited them to go to their caravan for lunch. They went, and everyone had breakfast and thanked them for the excellent breakfast. Then they decided to find something to do at home because it was raining. They decided to make a cake because the twins had a birthday the next day. They made a homemade rustic French cake salty and sweet muffins. For lunch, they cooked rabbit stew and potato salad. The three musketeers watched and had lunch with one. In the afternoon, the rain had stopped, and they decided to walk to town and buy some things for the party. Martin pulled the car out of the RV garage, which was with a trailer and a garage underneath. They went down to town and bought balloons, birthday party decorations, some party games, and birthday presents. They also took gifts for Michelle so she wouldn't feel deprived. They went home and shook the trailer for the party. Michelle had begun painting a portrait of the twins and was in a hurry to finish it by tomorrow morning. She locked herself in the downstairs room they used for the office when no one was sleeping there. The others watched a movie, and Cynthia put the fish pie to cook. They had dinner at seven and then watched Die Hard. Michelle painted late into the night, keeping her heel on. She went to bed at three in the morning, pleased that she had finished the portrait. The others had long since fallen asleep. She lay down on the bed downstairs so as not to wake Annabel.
When Michelle got up the next day, the others had breakfast and waited for her to wake up. She had breakfast and went to congratulate the twins on their birthday. They would go for a walk while the adults prepared the surprise for the party. They went down to the village took the dogs with them. They took pictures and looked around. They bought a small Pavlova with juice in the cafeteria in the village. They ordered a cake to be brought home and a box of muffins and Pepsi. They came home for lunch, and they had taken a lot of pictures. Lunch in the trailer Maria-Antoinette had made meatballs, fried chicken, salad, mashed potatoes, and sausages in the oven. They played party games and played country music. The men lit the barbecue grills, baked ribs, burgers and hot dogs, meat and fish at four o'clock. They had killed a deer in the morning and would roast the whole barbecue they made outside the campfire. They baked it for several hours, and the women had made salads and various garnishes. The children played and forgot about them. They sang and had fun all night, ate delicious food, and watched movies. They went to bed at three in the morning and slept until late.
When they woke up, lunch was passing, they got up and had lunch from the dishes of the day before. In the afternoon, they watched the Voice of America music show. Then the women washed the dirty laundry, cleaned, and put the dishes in the cupboards. They would stay another day or two before setting off again. They went to gather firewood in the afternoon, so they let it cool down at night. They wouldn't be cooking today because they had a lot of food leftover from the party. It was past five when they returned from the forest. They gathered the wood, washed their hands, and set the dinner table. They dined and watched movies left food on the table if anyone got hungry to take meat and garnishes. They went to bed at one o'clock in the morning, and it was raining outside. They loaded the stoves, put away the food, and put the dishes in the dishwasher.
They got up at eight the following day, took a bath, had breakfast, and began to camp. The men went down to the village to shop and refuel. They returned at noon and unloaded their purchases. After they were picked up, they sat down to lunch. They hitched the trailer to the RV in the afternoon, and Martin put the car in the garage. Paul hooked up the jeep to the RV, cleaned the area where they had lit a fire, and cooked during their stay. The women had washed and cleaned inside prepared food for the trip and dinner. The children walked the dogs and gathered firewood. They watched movies and had dinner at seven. After dinner, they cleared the table and watched the news. At about ten, they went to bed so they could get up early the next day.
They got up at five, had breakfast at six, and set off at seven. Paul and Martin would drive most of the route out of Alaska. The United States continued on to the AK-3 N for 22 minutes (5.0 miles). They passed through the Yukon Territory. They entered British Columbia 590 miles away. In the middle of the section, they stopped refueling and had lunch. They ate lasagna and salad and then ate fresh fruit. They rested watching the news and continued the second part of the section. 5.1 miles. They continued on Service Rd 367 feet and turned slightly right on Hwy 2 S, and they entered Alberta 23.1 miles. They continued on the AB-43 E for 50.8 miles. The children talked on Skype, Annabelle was reading a book, Cynthia and Evelyn talked to Marie-Antoinette on Viber. Turn left onto the AB-43X 6.5 miles. They took the second exit at the roundabout and stayed on the AB-43X 2.6 miles. They continued on the AB-43 E for 20.6 miles. They turned slightly to the right to stay on the AB-43 E for 216 miles. They stopped charging and spending the night, had dinner, and went to bed at a gas station. They were tired from the long journey.
In the morning, they left at six and took sandwiches to eat in the cars while traveling. Evelyn was driving the jeep and Marie-Antoinette RV. Turn left onto the AB-37 E 276 feet. Turn right to stay on the AB-37 E 31.8 miles. Turn right onto AB-28 S (signs for Edmonton), 4.6 miles away. They used the right lane to take the 1.1-mile AB-216 / Anthony Henday Drive. They entered the AB-16 2.0 miles and continued to the left on the Yellowhead Hwy E / AB-16, and entered Saskatchewan 143 miles. They stopped at a turnoff to have breakfast and rest. For breakfast, they ate bacon, sausages, and blood sausage with toast and canned bean stew. After breakfast, they used the toilet and set off again. Annabelle sat down to drive the jeep, and Cynthia drove the RV. Continue on Yellowhead Hwy E / SK-16 E 84.3 miles. Continue straight on SK-16 E / SK-4 N / SK-40 E 0.7 miles. Keep right to continue on SK-16 E / SK-40 E, following the signs for Trans-Canada Highway / Saskatoon / Prince Albert 1.7 miles. Take the second exit onto US-41 S / Palms Ave from the roundabout and continue on US-41 S for 2.8 miles. Turn right onto N Teal Lake Ave 0.5 miles. Turn left onto E Main St.
0.3 miles and turned right again on S Healy Ave 0.1 miles. Turn left onto Co Rd 480 12.5 miles. Turn left on Cherry Creek Rd 1.8 miles. Continue straight onto the M-28 E and past Anytime Fitness (37.2 miles to the right) for 37.9 miles. Take the first exit onto the M-28 E / Cedar St and continue on the M-28 E for 112 miles from the roundabout. They turned left to enter I-75 N and stopped paying tolls for a toll road of 8.8 miles. They would have dinner and spend the night. They had dinner from last night's lasagna and green spring salad. After dinner, they watched the news and then went to bed, tired from the long journey.
