Trials of Faith


If the glory of creation

Has neither creator nor design


Only these creatures that exist upon the surface of things

If there is no higher purpose in being

Or reason for faith in God


If where and why are only rhetorical questions

Made to satisfy a hunger that may never be fulfilled


Then no issues with having fallen short of the glory

Let the endless chaos and violence cycle on


Until all earthly resources are diminished

Until all that was once held dear is savaged and gone


Without a designer or creator

For the glory of creation

Rendering the substance

Of things unseen

Nice read!

I love how people differently express their thoughts of universal creation.
Whether we believe in God or not, we all are equally ignorant in proving or debunking one another with these speculations.

I feel your speculations in these words, as they also once occupied my mind.
