Dreams of burning in a heartless desert
Evaporating in a furnace filled with snow
No way to know how much this feeling hurt
Floating with the ghost of a flame lit far below
Reaching far away inside the pain unreeling
Realms of words spelled on pages written
To search the sands for gems cut to reflect your feeling
How to touch a soul that is smitten
By blows of rain a long lost past rivers bend
Concealed in clouds of thoughts will muse creation
Wade in until waves depart feelings deepened
Light loosening shrouds embrace revelation
