Why me?Why did I get chosen to have such a blessing in my life,
and then strip it away?
Why did you give me such a short lived heaven on earth?

It almost seems as if it would have been better,
If you would heve never sent him.
If I would have never of laid eyes on him.
Why me?

Why did I have to get so attached?
Why did I have to fall so in love?
Why did I have to get to know him?
I knew what would happen,
And yet I still let myself fall.

Why does love have to be so complicated?
Why does age have to matter?
Why can't love just be love,
And people just be people?
