Only Love Knows The Heart

There's comfort in knowing that you know me like you do
A peace of understanding from inside the heart of you
In my heart a dwelling,  a place just for you dear
A serenity compelling me to bury all my fears
For you alone, my loving knight, rescued me at last
You are the hero of my heart, the reliever of my past
I shall love you all my life in every moment of each day
Giving you my best of self, abiding in your love always
So here I am, my darling, baring my soul to thee
Knowing that your knowing blesses the heart of me
