The Days of Our Love by M.A.Meddings
These are the days of loving you
In the soft tones of the autumn leaves
And the sheavesof golden corn that match the colour of your hair
I  love you in the golden brown and in the breeze that softly sighs
And indeed the lovely autumn light that shines within your eyes
I  love the very thought of you
You  soft and tender yearning and how this helpless heart of mine
Is ever gently burning
I  love the time of you and me
And how this  love has grown
From early spring and winter chill
From a seed that was newly sown
I  love the days we have known and those we have to come
And dearest Rose of Albany
You are my only one
