A few hours visiting with old friends makes this soul so very happy...

Dear Friends

Sensing that love abounds
Among the night and spotty clouds,
We talked, we ate, drank some wine,
And spoke of our futures.

When life offers love and companionship
From those we simply must be with,
Nothing more really matters,
Nothing more keeps us safe.

Crisp white caps on the ships bow,
Seeks our hearing and hearts
Pounding within the stuff of life.
Dear friends keep smiles awake.

Friends that are dear to me
I hope I shall ever see
Our wings soar ever free
Let the four winds so decree!

How lovely. We need such precious moments more in life. An interesting read.

Moments like this keep the troubles of our world away. A lovely, visual and visceral description of bliss. :)
