Yes, I think a lot of people are feeling at that point too. We have an expression here in Québec, it's "écoeurantite aigüe", which summarizes really well the mood expressed in your text. It means when you've had too much of something, you're saturated, and can hardly stand to have anymore of it. It's being beyond fed up with something. So, I can relate as there are many things going on that I've pretty much had my fill on too!
