Oh, the ambivalence about the decisions we make in life. I, too, am caught up in the Hamletian "to be or not to be" situation as I read the poem. The opposing forces tugging at the speaker, but the final decision is made, and readers are left imagining the outcome. This is quite good, Jim. :)

Oh you've effectively left me on tenterhooks with this one! Now I find myself concerned for the main character, for Terri, and for Marketa. The tone feels ominous, like something big (maybe terrible) might be up. And I'm finding myself hoping it's not the case. Really like how you presented the moment leaving it to hang in the air... it also oozes with anxiety and worry which doesn't leave the reader indifferent. Please let us know what's going on with these 3 wonderful people soon. I eagerly look forward to it.

I have felt like this about a man.Love that will change things.Tell my feelings or write them?I do not know...Love the way you write!!
