wraps me and envelopes me like a blanket
nothing like a black brick wall, car crash;
but like taking the hand of an old friend.
The lights go out at night and don't turn on the next day or the next

ken d williams The PoetBay support member heart!
That last hour of the night
Is said to be darkest hour
So dark as like velvet
That hour the Moon & Sun
Change shifts
Till the dawn brakes
A new day begins
The day one of hopes renewed
