Night's Endless Reach (Co-Write by Thomas D & Moods)

a scalpel of moon
slices slivers of air
as the stars, as monsoons,
shower down the sky's tear

in heaven's black lake,
warps and ripples of light:
what elixir can slake
the thirst of this night?

the one which erases
all steel clouds in mist
an arrow of moon trace
piercing the light’s whist

sky-sprawl, star-shower,

exceeding any measure:

night's endless reach of power,

galactic fire-treasure

Beautiful, especially the imagery about nature. There are so many finely crafted lines here that I cherish, from "a scalpel of [the] moon" to "night's endless reach of power." A wonderful collaboration!

Wow a great collaboration, I too couldn't work out who wrote what, a sign of great intuitive writing. As a previous theatre nurse, great line, "a scalpel of moon."

You work wonderfully together. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. I try to guess which lines belong to whom without success. That is seamless writing.
