LISTANING TO MY WORK BEEING READ (Work Completed)

I just to hear others reading my work out loud
Me mate Lloyd reads my work so well
He has an amazing voice his delivery as amazing

Years a go I took my self a long to a evening of reading
Sadly only one other turned up - so disappointing!
The landlady of the pub a retired opera singer - Hispanic American
Was as disappointed as I!
She were learning to play the folk harp
She asked me what I had planed to read

I gave her a print out of a work of mine
She took it read throue the work

Then took up her harp - started reading out loud my work
While accompanying her self on her harp

SO GOOD were she, I completely forgot the poem was by me!
The work were one of my World War One works
I found my self crying as she read the work - strange but true!
' Ee that poet can write ' ; I found my self thinking!
It were not till she gave the print out I look down to read the name
That I realized the poet were - ME! - then I snapped out of the state of mind I were in!
Her reading & playing hypnotic!

Then there's ' Derge Bob, less said about him all the better!
