Late Night Snow

When I write to you,

late night snow,

I praise your taintless beauty

which lasts an hour or two

before the rain

ravishes you to winter muck.

Yes, there have been similar scenes here too. All at Coo & Co enjoyed reading this concise piece; and we particularly like 'winter muck' :>)

We’re experiencing exactly this this morning. There’s an innocence to late night snow that warms the heart but it’s a very transient condition at best. Nicely composed, Thomas!

Winter muck indeed! Sounds like an apt phrase for DC next week...
