Missed Wish

With you
sitting right across me

i wish i had
taken a long
eyefull of you
while you were
distracted
on a call.

I remember
telling myself
to look your way
but dear me
tell me

when you are yourself molten
how do you pierce.

So i held myself back
so as not to flow.
