DONT KNOW I WERE ANY GOOD TILL

I did not know if I were any good
Till one evening I gave a print out
Of a work of mine to a performer
Playing a folk harp - she performed
Read the work of mine out loud

Second attempt - first ' Luring On The Job so to say
As she performed I clean forgot what she was reading
Were my work, it were World War One work
I found my self crying as I listand - then I know I were
Not so bad with words & writing
