If I could describe it

Love is sugar crystals on eyelashes,
Swimming in bubbles
And sunshine on fingertips

It's casting all the dandelion clocks
Enjoying all birthdays condensed
And lighting a TNT cake

It's a backbone of red glitter
Blue flame in your synapses
Hunger in scarcity
And swallowing meteors

It is running and running,
So hard and fast
Without a destination

It's catching birdsong and stuffing it in pockets
It's the daffodil gracing the mountain's stark climb
It's snow waiting to fall from pressured clouds

It's a galaxy in a humble puddle
A bumble bee's dance
It's The Four Seasons emitted to space

It is you and it is us
Held and
Caught in amber

Called and then recalled upon
From these orbits of our paths
