CONSUMMATE
Quite a time ago,
Given a tin of deer.
Bambi in a can,
Look missus gave.
Shall follow me,
To my grave.
A consummate to eat,
Written on the tin it said.
While the foolish enjoy the meat,
The wise remember not to eat the pellets;
Think I'll stick with me jam and bread.
