conundrum

I wonder if there is an odd number of numbers or not in the universe?
there is an infinity of numbers we already know that
but
for each positive real, there is a negative real
that means if you sum both an even number of reals
but if you add the number zero
there is an odd number of reals in the universe?

By "Line of thought" I meant; the particular way you think and express yourself about the subject of your poem. I'm sorry I didn't make that clear.

Bonjour, if you will,

No, I do not speak French 'very well'. My mother tongue is English, and I was incapacitated by an accident that has had an undesirable effect upon my memory making it difficult to learn a language in my old age.

*Malheureusement je dois dire 'je m'en sors' - seulement.*

*For the sake of English readers this translates to: "unfortunately I have to say 'I get by' - only."

Cordially, with blessings and love,
Allen

What do you mean by LINE of thought ? Et on peut parler en français puisque vous comprenez très bien le français

Interesting line of thought in this poem. Actually, I think you are right, and that could be used as a reason for expansion and continued creation in the desire to even things up!
