SEE SOME ONE YOU KNOW (Additans)

By chance, you see someone you know

Not seen for a while

Ask how he is, as you do
He reels of a list of ailments, the list is long

You nod, showing you cair with each nod of your head

On your face, you say words expressing your listening, compassion, in your eyes

He finishes what he has to say, but what can be said by you

Well, maybe, it's the British way: '' Apart from all of that, your fine! ''
His response: he smiles, even chuckles: '' Aye apart from all of that, I'm good and Dandy!''

I think you would have to 'know' the person pretty well, because some would take offense wouldn't they. I can see you doing this in my mind's eye, Ken. Nicely described. Blessings, Allen
