Tomorrow

Tomorrow
The night is still young
The moon is still bright
And the stars are still shimmering
Spare me tonight
My eyes are stinging
My heart is somber
i am so restless tonight
Sun, why don’t you rise
You must also be eager to receive the salutations
O scintillating sun,
Just come
Let not the night, the moon and the stars keep you waiting
They are all teasing me
Admonish the moon
Just Come
The moon and the stars will fade
In your presence
Let your warm rays melt them away
So just come
I want tomorrow -now

A poem so sweet it could be a disney song. I can imagine young lovers dancing to it

Ten year have passed, still—

"The night is still young
The moon is still bright
And the stars are still shimmering"

Do the emotions still ring true?

"Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow
creeps in this petty pace from day to day . . . "
