Partake the smile, i have been wearing.

Carrying smile

I know, my love
you are not in the greatest of moods
But it sure is fine
I have got the smile
for you
in my hands*
but i chose to
wear it first
Come, take it
Here it is
All yours.

(Now, don't lose it but dont worry- I'll find it for you)

There is a scene in a movie I love, "Among Giants."

A man catches sunbeams in his cupped hands, then gently closes his hand around the sunbeams, as gently as if he were holding a tiny chick.

He hands the sunbeams, oh so carefully, to his friend. She takes the sunbeams into her hands.

A gift in the giving, a gift in the receiving.

Your poem is full of the same, loving, gentleness.

Sameen
what a wonderful way to ask for, or give, a kiss. Brilliant love poetry as always.
