Fresh Milk

Fresh milk is milk that comes straight from the cow’s udder. In reality, it’s not 'fresh' in the sense of being cool—it’s at the cow’s body temperature... rich, warm, and aromatic! That’s the true taste of milk.
We know that different cattle breeds produce different types of meat, but what about milk? Can we tell the difference through the cheese they produce or the grass they graze on?

Yes! I was brought up in Guernsey, Channel Islands, the milk is rich, creamy, the butter is so yellow. Thanks for the fond memories your poem gave me.
