Do you prefer to live poorer than the average in a rich country or richer than the average man in a poor country? Does average has a meaning? you can be in the average and not have enough to live
you are relatively poor in a rich country?
but why the rich people from poor countries want to emigrate to very rich countries where they will be poor relatively speaking ? Because the country is richer and they hope for better opportunities where a transfer of wealth will take place between the rich countries and people and them living in the same place
and if you are very intelligent in a poor country
you are stupid in a rich country?
the universities between poor and rich countries have not the same standards ?
but if the intelligence doesn't depend on the place, on what depend the quality of studies ?
so intelligence doesn't depend where you live but wealthiness yes ?
so intelligence and wealthiness are not related because one depends on the place, the other not ? no but they are indirectly...
