Resting in ease as pure peace

 

Simply stop.

 

In the present sense of "I am"

 

be aware that you are aware and rest there

 

The very Heart of experiencing

 

is

 

timelessly here

 

as pure peace so full of ease

 

The dawn of wisdom is glowing

 

in silent knowing

 

that simply

 

is
