Darkness descends

The wind is howling,
Calling out my name.
It's the one thing in life,
I could never ever tame.

Was it late one autumn,
Or maybe in the spring
My cogs were whirling,
I could hear the wind.

The voice was muffled at first,
Though it's vocal cords were new.
The wind reached hurricane status,
Then suddenly it's voice came through.

Darkness descends upon broken heart,
A lightning jolt gives it a shocking start.
Blood starts pumping through my veins
Frankenstein's creature is alive again.
