IF I SHOULD DIE
If I should dieWhat would happen pray tell.
Will my life have meaning
Or will I end in hell.
Will my soul be free
Or will I live in solitude.
In a corner of a room,
Not fit to store brooms.
Will my soul burn in perpetuate,
Will the darkness descends on me?
Will my mind ever be set free,
When the ferryman comes for me.
Then again will I even remember,
Which way I'm supposed to go.
Up the stairs or down below,
No need to worry though;
I'm often told where to go.
