Popped

Tears I cried
Caused eyes
To swell into
Balloons
Within which
Pupils bounced
Around like
Marbles, ringing
Punctuated by sobs
As people ran away
Some took pictures
Children sobbed
Until one came
With a sharp stick
And popped
