If a chip were implanted in the brains of every individual on Earth,it would be possible to prevent crimes and offenses from being committed simply by deactivating the chip, which would annihilate any will to act, and thus we would live in a society of absolute control... no more free will, no more choice between doing evil or doing good... worse still, even thinking evil and good... as in the time of Adam and Eve...
A chip that could program you to become a piano virtuoso,
to speak 10 languages,
to never again get lost in a city you do not know... somewhere in China.
A chip in the brain to show you the way
and speak Chinese.
