do you ever
close your eyes and lift you arms
to feel the rain agianst your face?

do you ever
just lie in the grass
to take a nap?

Do you ever
notice the birds singing
early in the morning?

Do you ever
take the time
to wish upon a star?

do you ever
thank god
for the simple things in life?
