Write a song
Then write one again
When they're done
you can see what they bring

Feels like it's living
All by itself
Feels like you traveled
and brought it in as a friend

Wrote a song
Hope you'll be hearin'
The only way for me
Is to keep on playin'
the tones it brings
in now ( all ) by itself
Carries what I've seen
and what I will sing

Something that's ready
stands by this line
Something triggered
that I felt in my mind

Cannot figure
and cannot deny
the questions faced
in your reply
Will not continue
to put on more pressure
I found my own brand new
and creatively gesture

Like with friends
you cannot be loosin'
They're still friends on
the shores they'll be choosing

We can't stay and
we can't sail away
What we are is what
we now lay down and
what really matters
When we know
No one can trap us

We are strangers in ourselves
We choose it too in that way
