It was my birthday a few days ago and I needed to say this

just cant wait!
How many hours left?
only 8.
Go to bed early,
wake up at 6,
Open your presents,
What a shock!
Get all you wanted,
and a bit more!
Have a great day!
then its no more!
Wake up the next day!
same as normal,
dont feel any different,
not any more!
Felt so excited,
Then it was gone,
All the excitement,
Gone in a flash.
Just a little bit older,
Not that much,
Nothing that different!
