Mark:Sorry. I had a fight with my sister about my drinking. I'm trying to stop,really.
Ashley:Well, at least we can hear it from here. Mark do you believe in god?
Mark:Yes. I read the bible every day and I go to church.
Ashley:But do you really believe in him enough to let him save you from your sins. From the drinking and the drugs?
Mark:No,I guess not. (Sobs) I'm just so MISUNDERSTOOD ABOUT EVRYTHING!!!! Please help me.
Ashley:Would you like to be born again,Mark?
Mark:How do I do that?
Ashley:All you got to do is pray and ask Jesus Christ to come into your heart. Let me read you a verse first: John 3:16: For God so saved the world that he gave his begotten son that whosoeverth believe in him will not perish but have everlasting life.
Mark:So Jesus died to save my sins and the world's too?
Ashley:Yes. he died so the world could be forgiven.
Mark:Ok. I'm going to pray now. (throws the liquor and the packs of cigarettes in a trashcan nearby). ~Lord I believe in you. You died to save me from myself and forgive me of my sins. please come into my heart and give me new life. In Jesus name I pray. amen.
Ashley:How do you feel now?
Mark:I actually feel better than I ever have before. I don't crave alcohol or drugs anymore. Do you have a bible I can have so I can read more about Jesus?
Ashley:Yes.(hands him the bible).Here you go. what do you want to do now?
Mark:Let's go home and talk more about Jesus.
Ashley:ok.

Misunderstood about everything
