Your last words

Your last words took my life-force out of me
I had a wish
to remain without sorrow
and to maintain my physiological virginity

But
your last vocals
took my soul as prisoner
and all my defence
crushed and burned

I was prepared to shout out loud
prepared to speak to my surroundings
tell my sorrows
in longing for
redemption
But something stopped me
something told me
not to stop
you

Your last words
took my light
The light who shined in my soul
I know isn't anyone's fault
but the only thing that is left
are my tears falling
and it's taste
of salt

Very emotional..... the sadness is obvious in this one. Good!
