STARLIGHT QUEEN
sweet starlight queenyou look so pure and clean
angelic dreamer
from a different scene
your story sounded
like a fairytale
you added colour
when my cheeks were pale
is there a starship
that could take me all the way
above the treetops
to a place beyond decay?
would i get lost in space
just like the major did?
for when it comes to love
i' m like a little kid
decades have passed us by
and left their traces too
footprints of panthers
in our giant global zoo
yet there are values
absolutes that will not change
glorious foundations
that we can not rearrange
i need your summer wine
i need your ocean breeze
true loving is divine
it needs to be released
constantly reaching out
for peace and happiness
i' m shipwrecked
save my soul
it's such a tangled mess
