TANGIBLE MOONLIGHT

She said:
'I am you
and you are me'
I asked
'is it?'

She continued.....
'its so colourful..
its so musical'...
I asked
'is it?'

yesterday I lost
my eye and ear;
then I said
'how colourful
how musical'

She said
'without eyes
you can see
everything...
without ear
you can feel
anything,

I said
'now you are in me
as tangible
moonlight..
as visible air
of wind'

I begged
'be my eyes
be my ears
be my all'.

This is such a sensory and tactile poem to read, the true essence of love that can only ever be felt
