A feather on your pillow ( a cowrite by NSW + Kathy Lockhart)

 




Eyes wide shut reminisce.

An aftertaste that lingers
and enters the sphere
of the broken spirits.


Softly ethereal;
the mind touches
the chords of the heart

the pieces of what's left behind
gathering the ideals of sleep
creating a palette for creation

of lost hopes
dreamt ceaselessly . . .

         ¤
Silent dreams
gently enter

ethereal touch.

Awaken by the morning sun!

Playful sunrays
perpetuate growth

find their place
through the skin


A new day has begun!
Open your eyes
and shine!
