Away from the party, the strobe lights and loud music.
In a dark corner in an empty room.
I curled up to her and told her that all I want is to just fade out.
And she looked at me,
Rested her head on my shoulder,
Saying 'I know, I know.'

'But you don't,' I object, letting my head fall slowly till it rests on hers, 'you don't know what it's like until your life has gone to hell and back.'
