Nut Ward

This world has become quite mad
And is running screaming
Towards banality.

We are innured
By our choices.

They deflect us professionally these
Politicos and journalists
But now we have the means
To see how they do it.

And they dont like it.

Left to these people
The world will go mad
And will run screaming down the corridor of the nut ward
Claiming she is totally sane
Whilst refusing to take her medication.

There are nuts that are hard to crack, even the raven's crack nuts dropping them in front of cars maybe we need to get rid of the shell and get to the core of the need? But then there are mixed nuts because we all like variety? Then we have the human nut case, well I won't go there as we all have different views about nuts. I enjoyed this poem because I had fun thinking up nutty things, reminds me of a nut joke. :)
