Cage

I wonder
does it hurt?
When I
pierce your heart

I wonder
does it scare you
When I
see through you

You thought
that you could break me
Bring me
to my knees in front of you

You thought
i could be locked up
Chained in
a rusty cage of fear

I broke
the fears away
I ran
from you without looking back

I see
the sky at night
And know
that I am free
