They war against each other whilst
The rest of the world supplies them with arms.
Both puppets having strings pulled.
Who will run with scissors?

It depends if they want scissors? In reality puppets are meant to be controlled. Puppets oddly enough get corrupted by time if they don't change their disposition and get new clothes. :) Good write
