Stop the world

I see the clouds up ahead
wanting to touch them
Wanting to fly
up there next to the angels

But I dont have wings
nor am I an angel
I simply want off
off this wretched planet

We all seek peace in our lives
but will we find it in this sea of hate
This place we call earth
where evil and anger live

Maybe we could stop the world
if only for one second
Maybe we could change something
in everything and everyone
