A few snapshots from a desert down-under.

Dust drifts

Over bone-eye socket

Warm-blue-red sky

Seizes the eye

Horizon curves

An endless arc

Imaginary lakes

Provide mistaken hope

Rain etches

A drought-stricken clay

And five billion flies

Descend the day

I like the images you evoke here. Really suggests a barren place! :)
