Hey, you've made a mistake
But who's to blame?
Love works in mysterious ways
And we're still best friends all the same

Sure you could be in Best Friend Jail
But your still here aren't you?
Just seeing you happy is enough for me
And hopfully that happiness isn't just passing through

I always want to see you happy
Your happiness comes before my anger, always.
Your priceless to me
And I don't want to see you have a frown on your face.

Yeah I know I over reacted
But I knew this was going to happen in the first place
Love is a little difficult to follow
Because its never right in front of your face

I know what I said
And I didn't mean any of it, I swear
I was just a little angry
That I didn't have a smile of my own to wear

But as a good friend would do
I let you have that smile that was once mine
Because I know you'll take good care of it
And I know you'll do just fine.
