You don't understand me

If I can't tell you how I feel
how will you be able to
help me?
If you won't listen to my story
how can you ever
judge me?
I'm not asking for your sympathy!
I just want you to listen
try to understand for once

I'm not that hard to read
I'm not hiding anything from you
I stand open and clear
waiting to be read
waiting for you to
understand me

If I can't tell you what I think
how will you be able to
relate?

I throw my thoughts at you
but still you say you don't
understand?!

I really like this poem as I can relate to it, i especially love
