Kissing The Rain

I will kiss the rain to take my pain all away
I will kiss the rain to wipe away all my tears and wash away the fears
I will kiss the rain so that it will wash away all the years of hurt
I will kiss the rain so that I will remember the great fun we had but it will not bother me to remember it

I will kiss the rain and flush my anger down the drain
I will kiss the rain just to see a brighter day
I will kiss the rain so I will know the way to go
I will kiss the rain to let you go

My heart is breaking not to be with you or hang out with you anymore like we use to
But I know that it has to be this way and I do understand
It is getting easire in time and I am knowing now that it might have not been love but lust and that is not good either

So to let you go I am letting you know that
That I am kissing the rain to take it all away
I am sorry for letting my feelings run wild, and I want to go and hide
Should have fibbed and said that it was not true

I could not lie to you, so I am Kissing the Rain to take away all my pain and let go so I can move forward and not look back
