EGGS




When breaking eggs to poach or fry
Here's a thing I always try
To keep the yolks from breaking up
I crack them first into a cup
So tell me please, and it's a fact
They never seem to stay intact.
For scrambled eggs - now here's the joke
I always get a perfect yolk.
