Becoming one with the silence of my words

'Do you believe in the day you were born?'
Do you remember the feeling of being born?
Did you forgot the struggle, the pain of trying to hold on
Do you still remember the happiness you brought
the caring feeling you awoke to those that wanted you
to be alive, kept you warm when you were feeling cold?
Do you remember who you are? Do you remember me?

I love the title and it seems the title is one with silence of words created yet giving life/birth to a written voice yet dying in silence.

A beautiful write night soul woman! Thank you for reminding me...I didn't on the first read, but on the second, I felt a loving hug surround me, reminding me of my dear late mothers love.

I was rather distraught the other evening and my son was hugging me, he asked me a question, and I replied, automatically, as if speaking to my mother, I called him mum! I was very shocked and so was he. It was an amazing moment between us. I hadn't realised just how much I missed her councel, and I was at the centre of the truth, of the pain in my life, ie, that of 'not being able' to stop loving someone who I could not be with.

Yes! I remember, NSW, and feel much more supported for doing so.

Thank you for a fine poem...I forgot to mention 'forget' in your third line.

Wishing you a great weekend

smiling at you

Tai
